This modern townhome features a spacious and inviting layout with an open living space. Each townhome includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and ample counter space. The pool is seasonal (MaySeptember); please check availability. The lazy river is only available on weekends during the season. Just a 20-minute drive from the historic charm of Savannah, this home provides easy access to the shopping and restaurants in Pooler. Major employers such as Gulfstream and Hyundai are also within close reach, making this an ideal spot for all travelers. Enjoy community amenities such as a resort-style pool, a fully equipped gym, a kids playground, walking trails, and a beautiful lake. This is a quiet family neighborhood. Please refrain from outdoor noise from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Parties or events are not allowed. Smoking or vaping of any kind is not allowed; a $200 fee will be charged if evidence is found in your home. Do not exceed the maximum number of guests listed. Additional guests staying the night beyond the agreed upon number is not allowed. Locals must contact host prior to booking. Please leave all common areas clean and as you found them when you arrived, including washing your dishes and leaving the kitchen area clean. No food or drinks are allowed in the bedrooms. Early check-ins or late departures without prior approval are not allowed. Guests should be responsive and reachable through the platform from the time the reservation is made through the completion of their stay. Do not move any furniture or decorations within the premises. Please do not use the provided towels to remove make up or clean something that could stain them, you could be subject to extra cleaning fee. We only provide one set of towels per person. We provide a starter pack of essentials (towels, trash bags, soap, paper towel, toilet paper, hand soap) etc., If you ran out of them, it's under your responsibility to refill them for yourself. Please be aware this listing is for reserving 2 townhomes located on the same block only 3 doors down from each other. Please help us be respectful of the community amenities and help us keep them in good condition. There is one security camera and one video doorbell for security purposes.
