The house is in a gated community accessible by a remote control. The security deposit is only $500. It is a twelve (12) month lease and then it turns into a month-to-month. I am the homeowner and live on the first floor. You will be sharing the house with a male. I am a working professional with an established career. I am looking for clean housemates, male or female.
