Utilities and lawn care are included in the rent Additional policies: Please only use flushable toilet paper in the toilets. No dogs over 75 lbs. allowed and no more than two dogs allowed at one time. NO SMOKING of any kind policy is strictly enforced. Oil lamps and incense are not permitted due to the long-lasting odor. NO OPEN FLAMES in the house or within 6' of the structure outside. If these policies are violated, there will be a charge. NO PARTIES, EVENTS OR LARGE GATHERINGS. I live close to the property and would definitely find out so please don't attempt. Owner's closet is NOT to be accessed by guests. Any tampering or removal of locks will result in may lead to termination of rental agreement with no refund provided and/or additional fees to replace missing items. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Non-compliance of this policy could lead to immediate termination of the rental agreement with no refund provided. The number of people present at the Property may not exceed the maximum posted occupancy. If, during the rental period, any law or ordinance is violated, any drug use occurs in or near the property, or the property is used for any immoral purpose, occupancy will be immediately terminated without refund. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels (normal wear & tear is expected). Makeup/foundation, face medications/creams, and tanning products will stain and/or bleach linens/towels. Please use makeup towel provided. Unsalvageable linens/bath towels will incur a fee of $25/each. PLEASE DO NOT USE TOWELS PROVIDED IN THE UNIT FOR OTHER USE OUTSIDE OF THE UNIT. NOTE: Your safety matters. This property features 1 exterior security camera located at the entryway, facing outward. It does not look into any interior spaces. The camera records video and sound when activated by motion. It will record when it first senses motion and 30 seconds after the last motion is detected. Please note: I provide a starter set of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher + laundry pods for your stay. LOST AND FOUND ITEMS: I charge a $50 minimum to ship forgotten items, which must be paid in advance. For heavier items, I ask that you pre-pay the $50 and we will acquire any additional shipping cost and bill this to you accordingly + 25% service fee. I will not be held liable for any damage or injury to any persons caused by amenities provided to guests.
