Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. *Heating the pool and spa is an extra feature and available upon request. *Pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees, you also have the option to heat just the spa for $120 initial heating cost and $60 per day to maintain the temperature. $150 initial heating cost will apply + $90 per day to maintain 90 degrees temperature at all time. Keep in mind the pool cannot be heated if the ambient temperature is below 50 degrees.
