The spacious living area boasts a sofa bed, and the condo offers direct access to the larger heated pool, with a nearby communal laundry room. Laundry: The communal laundry room is located downstairs (8:00 A.M. - 9:00 P.M.) and accepts payment via quarters or credit card using a downloadable app.
Parking: The condo comes with one designated parking space. Additional guest parking is available with a guest tag (7-day maximum for guests). No trucks or commercial vehicles are allowed. Please contact us for any questions.

The minimum rental period is two months, and the maximum is six months.
Important Notes:
This rental requires HOA approval, which includes an application, copy of ID, signed lease, interview, and screening with a $150 fee. Allow 2 weeks for processing. Additional time may be required if late submission of application.
HOA restrictions: No pick-up trucks or commercial vehicles. Guest parking limited to 7 consecutive days.
No pets permitted (no exceptions per HOA).
Pool usage (from 9 a.m. to dusk) is at your own risk; there is no lifeguard on duty.
No parties and no smoking on the premises.
AC temperature must not be set below 70 F, and heating must not exceed 77 F. Please keep doors and windows closed when the AC or heat is running.
Quiet time is from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Self check-in starts at 4 p.m., and self check-out is by 10 a.m.
