We have painstakingly attended to every detail in this house and want it to remain in the pristine condition you find it for our future guests. **Hold/booking confirmation deposit: A $1000 hold/booking confirmation deposit fee will be required upon signing of the lease. If for any reason you cancel your booking within 30 days I will do my best to re-rent it for that designated rental time. If, however, I am not able to rent it or it is rented for a lesser period of time whatever nights are left unoccupied will be charged against your deposit.
