Have coffee or happy hour on your own private deck with all-new sectional patio furniture. Enjoy time with our horses, dogs, cats and visiting wild turkeys and vineyard rabbits at one of the many charming seating areas on our property.
Kitchenette: The studio features a brand-new kitchenette with two burners, work surface, stainless steel sink, large-capacity under-counter fridge and microwave. Portable oven. Bed: Queen-sized sofa bed with high-density gel foam mattress topper for very comfortable and supportive sleep. Hotel-quality linens. The bed can stay folded out and you'll still have plenty of room to move about the studio. (New bed not pictured in listing.) Additional oversized loft bed space for two.
Bathroom: Beautiful and bright space with top-quality finishes: Granite, porcelain and ceramic tile throughout. Glass shower stall. Hair dryer, flat iron, and plush cotton bathrobe provided.
Counter-height table and chairs with beautiful vineyard view make for a great dining and working space.
SECURE GATED ACCESS: We have a digital gated entrance for which you'll receive a remote for your vehicle. We're at the end of a cul-de-sac down a quiet country lane. This is a very established neighborhood of private ranches in a prime and very sought-after location.
HOUSEKEEPING: The cottage is professionally cleaned and sanitized after every guest checkout. Housekeeping services available at a very reasonable rate. Whether landlord or tenant pays depends on length of stay.
We have a "no shoes in house" policy at all times. Please do not inquire if you're not comfortable with this house rule. We have painstakingly attended to every detail in this house and want it to remain in the pristine condition you find it for our future guests.
**Hold/booking confirmation deposit: A $1000 hold/booking confirmation deposit fee will be required upon signing of the lease. If for any reason you cancel your booking within 30 days I will do my best to re-rent it for that designated rental time. If, however, I am not able to rent it or it is rented for a lesser period of time whatever nights are left unoccupied will be charged against your deposit.
Smoking of any kind at all is not allowed in or around the cottage or anywhere on the property. No exceptions.
