Our pool is open and serviced all year and always provides an attractive atmosphere.
After enjoying some laps in the pool, we recommend some nibbles and snacks in the open space living area overlooking to our pool back yard.
There is nothing like a good nap in the hot Texan weather, Spoil your self with a drool-worthy nap in our master bedroom with French doors direct access to the pool and patio!

Each bedroom has a different living situation to mix and match depending on your travel group:

The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and a bunk-bed. (twin over twin) (DownStairs)
The third bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed.
The fourth room has a 2 Queen beds (bunk bed queen over queen) (this room will be opened for groups of 7+ guests only) (Down Stairs)
The Fifth room, have bunk bed twin over twin, and will be available for groups of 9+ guests only (this room is attached to the master room)

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning home and backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.
The monthly rent is based on a 12-month lease with the home offered unfurnished. However, the property is currently fully furnished and equipped, and it can also be rented in this condition, either for a 12-month lease or a shorter-term arrangement if needed. If you require this, don't hesitate to get in touch with us to be quoted the monthly rent according to your specific needs.
