Lease terms

1 year (12 month) Lease required - Monthly rent is due in advance, on the 1st day of each month Tenant/Lessee Pays for all utilities - Home utilities are Henrico County Dept of Utilities - water, wastewater/solid waste/trash and recycling, and electricity provided by Dominion Energy. Tenant/Lessee should be able to transfer all utilities immediately into their name and shall maintain active utilities. Tenant/Lessee is responsible for general care (keeping it clean, free from bugs etc.) and general maintenance of the home. Any other repairs should be reported immediately to our office for Owner determination of how to proceed. Tenant/Lessee also maintains yard, lawn and keeps grass cut, weeds low along the parameter curb to curb and all trash and debris picked up and ditch line clean and clear. (no services provided by owner) Tenant/Lessee is required to carry the necessary renters insurance and maintain the policy throughout the lease term.
