We would like to establish a mutual, good relationship with our tenant. Our house is only less than 7 years old, it looks good and most of our appliances are new. It is located in a nice and friendly neighborhood. So, we are looking for clean and caring tenant. No smoking of any kind including vaping, no pets and no illegal activities are allowed in the house. Lease will be signed for one year and renewed on a yearly basis. We will pay the HOA fees and insurance to cover fire damage to the building and certain personal injuries as a result of property defects or our negligence. The tenant will obtain public liability insurance no less than $100K and responsible for all utilities they use.
