There are many areas to exercise dogs in the area, including a dog park at Spring Canyon. Dogs must be leashed when outside in the townhouse complex. Owners are responsible for following all HOA rules, including those specifically dealing with pets and cars. Tenants with pets will be required to have the carpets in the townhouse cleaned one time per year at their expense. There will be no more than two tenants, each having their own lease of one year duration. No subletting of any kind will be allowed. No smoking of any kind allowed. Security monitoring must be set up and runs around $35 per month for the townhouse. It is requested that the security be armed when the townhome is unoccupied.
