You're just a short drive from the charming downtown Hendersonville, known for its unique shops, art galleries, and delicious restaurants. Explore Main Street (approx. 15-minute drive), where you can find everything from antique stores to local boutiques. For outdoor enthusiasts, the beautiful DuPont State Recreational Forest and Pisgah National Forest are easily accessible (approx. 40-minute drive), offering stunning hiking trails and waterfalls. Several local dining options are also within a short drive, providing a variety of cuisines to satisfy every palate.
Smoking is not permitted inside the property. If evidence of smoking is found, a minimum $500 cleaning fee will be charged. Pets are not allowed. Events are not permitted. To ensure a comfortable environment for everyone, please observe quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Parties, events, excessive noise, or illegal activity are not permitted. Our team handles the full cleaning, but we'd really appreciate a little help with starting a load of dirty towels (if a washer is available), loading and starting the dishwasher (if provided), and placing all trash in the designated receptacles. If additional cleaning is required due to excessive mess, spills, stains, or trash left behind, additional fees may apply. Trash and recycling instructions will be provided in your check-in details or house manual. Please make sure all waste is bagged before placing it in the proper receptacles.
