Lease terms

Owner prefers 12 month lease, however, willing to negotiate other terms. The property is a non-smoking property, both inside the house and outside the house. Renter can use fenced backyard for pets as well as gardening (raised beds would be required at the renters expense). Owner provides free high-speed wifi, one trash bin and water. Renter pays for electric costs. Renter has 2-car garage for parking and 1 additional uncovered paved parking space. Additional parking spaces are available for an additional monthly fee (for boats, trailers, RV's, campers, etc.). Owner is responsible for all maintenance and repairs; renter is to inform owner of needed repairs promptly.
