One year lease is required, with renewal optional. The apartment is strictly no smoking, as are the common areas within the building. Parking is street parking, which is alternate side 9am-4pm and generally available. Short term off street parking may be made available upon request. Electricity is included with rent but tenant will be responsible for natural gas (heating, stove) and any cable or intenet. Landlord assumes all other regular utilites such as garbage/recycling, water, sewer, maintenance, and groundskeeping. Pet policy: Pets may be allowed based on the following criteria. Cats are ok, but an additional, and non refundable, $200 deposit is required for potential damage to screens and for furnace cleaning (believe me, this always requires having several window screens replaced). Dogs and other pets may be allowed but the properties' insurance policy is very strict on what breeds of dogs can be allowed, so this is only negotiable based on that criteria.
