A large screened porch provides additional living space with outdoor seating, a television, and propane grill. Residents have access to community amenities including a seasonal swimming pool, beach, fishing pier, boardwalk, mini golf, basketball and volleyball courts, playgrounds, boat ramp, and an on-site restaurant and bar. A paid community laundry facility is available within the resort. Water and internet are included. Electricity is included up to $175 per month, with any overage charged at the actual utility cost.
