Fully-furnished - $2250 per month. 1-year lease or a 3, 6 or 9 month lease for traveling or relocating professionals. Available 09-22-26 Fully furnished rental contracts include internet and utilities (with $125 cap) for 1-3 month leases. Leases over 3 months - the tenant is responsible for utilities, internet & mowing. Payment is due by the 1st of each month with a three-day grace period to allow for weekends and holidays. Late payments received after the 3rd day of the next month will accrue a late fee of $75 per day. The tenant will be considered in breach of the lease agreement if rent and any prior fees are not paid within 10 days of the due date. No smoking is allowed inside the house. Uncovered onsite parking is available at no charge. Up to 2 housebroken and non-destructive dogs are allowed with non-refundable $300 deposit (per animal) which may be paid as pet rent. Cats, exotic or wild animals, snakes, reptiles, etc. are not allowed. No drugs or other illegal activities are allowed on or near the property. Owner will address maintenance issues above $100.
