Pre-leasing for 2027/2028 school year This beautifully-updated home is located within steps of the Colorado College campus. The house is FULLY FURNISHED. Landlord is local, easy to reach, and responsive. There are FIVE sleeping areas furnished with full or queen beds. All of the mattresses and box springs are newer. Each room has clothing storage and a desk. There is a bathroom on each floor. There are two spacious living areas (one up and one down), a dining area, updated kitchen, lovely front porch, and a fenced back yard. There is off-street parking for 6-7 vehicles (3-4 on the west side and 1-2 on the east side). There is also a detached 2-car garage available for tenant use. All utilities must be put in a Tenant's name. Tenants are responsible for paying separately-metered utilities, for shoveling snow and maintaining the very low-maintenance xeriscaped landscaping. Landlord provides trash and recycling collection. Landlord will provide landscape tidying at the beginning and end of the summer. Landlord will have the home professionally cleaned prior to the start of the fall semester at CC. Lease is June 1, 2027 to May 20, 2028. Tenants may be permitted to sublease during the summer if they will not be present, but must get permission from Landlord and will be responsible for their subtenant. All tenants must apply with co-signers. All may apply together through Zillow. Tenants must work together to make ONE rent payment each month
