To rent a furnished unit at this property you have the following options as we have 3 units in the buidling and… can accommodate a variety of scenarios:
1.) Year-round lease $5500 (Utilities Included)
2.) 9 Month lease from September to May $4500 (Utilties included)
3.) Summer monthly rentals start at $10000 a month (Utilties Included). The top floor unit may be available by the week depending on availability.
These units are inside our beautiful building just a block from the Eastern Prom; the quintessential park of Portland Maine with the most breathtaking views of the harbor and the islands beyond. This nearly 1100 sf apartment is on the first floor of a three-unit classic Victorian triple-decker, and is part of a complete building renovation that spared no expense.
Each of the three units have a huge eat-in kitchen with a stone countertop that seats 4. Each kitchen has a mix of oak open shelving and painted shaker-style cabinets with additional storage underneath the island. Dramatic kitchen lighting grazes marble tile with inlaid gold behind a 4 burner induction stove. Period-correct moldings encircle Victorian blown-glass globe lighting overhead. Directly off the kitchen there is a powder room for guests, as well as a Laundry Room with storage and a Washer/Dryer Combo Unit that allows for easy set it and forget it in-unit laundry.
The front Living Room has water views of the sea beyond. Your couch has a queen sleeper sofa. And your TV has a Netflix subscription if you are so inclined. The bedrooms (1 Queen and 1 King) have adequate storage, with the Primary unit having a walk-in closet. If additional storage is needed, it is available on site at an added cost. Bedroom lighting are touch to dim. Each bedroom has a dedicated heat pump unit and ceiling fan so you can tailor your sleeping conditions to your individual needs as required.
The double vanity Jack and Jill bathroom offers plentiful storage for incidentals and personal hygiene operations. The 48x60 shower is spacious and the teak shower bench inside is there for your shaving needs.
All receptacles throughout your apartment have additional USB charging ports allowing for easy charging.
Access to the building is by phone, making for easy access in and out of the building without a key. Unit entry is keyless, with a keypad. Each unit has two means of egress into common stairwells in the front and rear of the building. There are also exterior cameras giving a broad view of the property for ownership monitoring and exterior lighting provides adequate lighting throughout the evening. The building is fully sprinklered and has a fully-integrated fire alarm system. These items make the building building immensely safe.
As noted, your apartment is fully furnished, offers private curbside trash pick-up (no hassles with the City of Portland), off-street parking, all utilities included, and a patio for gathering outside with friends and family.
