Easy access to community pool behind the condo and a very short walk to the beach, restaurants and shops in Coligny.
Master bedroom has king size bed with access to full bath in the hall. Guest room has queen size bed with access to full bath also. There is a half bath beside the kitchen area. Kitchen area is open to the living room with a very nice dining area in the middle. The living room has plenty of space for everyone to relax and watch their favorite shows. Couch also is a queen size sleeper sofa, so the condo can comfortably sleep six people.

Hilton Head Cabanas is a great location near the ocean and there is a community swimming pool. Coligny shops and restaurants are a short walk or easy bike ride. Miles of bike paths to enjoy in the Forest Beach area. There is a wonderful Town of Hilton Head park with a giant pirate ship playground to enjoy with the kids. You can go to New York City Pizza, breakfast at Plantation Deli or enjoy a fine dining meal at Sage Room. There are over 60 shops and restaurants in the Coligny area in Forest Beach.
