32 Ololi Place Lease Terms * Rent: $2,000 per month * Lease Term: One (1) year minimum * Security Deposit: $2,000 * Occupancy: Due to wastewater system limitations and county regulations, occupancy is limited to the approved occupants listed on the lease. No additional occupants may reside at the property without prior written approval from the landlord. This occupancy restriction is based on the property's cesspool capacity and applicable health and safety requirements. * Pets: One (1) pet may be considered with owner approval, pet screening, and additional pet deposit * Smoking: No smoking or vaping permitted anywhere on the property * Parking: One (1) vehicle only * Water: Included and capped at $50 per month; tenant responsible for usage exceeding the cap * Yard Service: Included * Rubbish Service: Shared rubbish service included * Utilities: Tenant responsible for electricity, cable, internet, and any other services not specifically included * Renter's Insurance: Required prior to move-in and throughout the lease term * Subletting/Short-Term Rentals: Not permitted without prior written owner approval
