Lease terms

No smoking. 12 month minimum lease term for best rate: $1400 monthly rent. Shorter lease terms available for different monthly rate. Parking: 2 parking spaces at entry door (1 additional car can park in adjacent lot). Utilities: Most utilities (water, sewer, trash, lawncare) included in monthly rent for 3 people. Up to two additional occupants under the age of 18 (not including co-signer) may be added to lease for additional utility fee. Pet Policy: Application Requirements: 3x monthly income requirement 600+ credit score All adults must apply Cosigners accepted Move-In Costs: Deposit (typically equal to one month's rent) First month's rent Cleaning fee + pet fees (if applicable) Pre-Leasing: We do not hold units without completed application, signed lease, and required initial fees. All of our spaces are first come, first serve for the first approved party to submit and sign all documents and submit fees.
