House is 7 min drive to Albany medical center, 15 min by bus, 12 min by bike, or 9 min drive/14 min bike ride (but 45 min by bus) to SUNY.
Seeking graduate students, male or female, single, to rent a bedroom and share the house. May consider young professionals in early to mid 20s. Beautiful very safe suburban area of Albany (Buckingham Pond), quiet, low crime. House is 1971 era. Central forced air gas heat, central airconditioning, in-house laundry, plenty of street parking. Nice backyard. Renter will pay a share of all utilities. Plan is for 3-4 tenants, each with their own bedroom.
