There is a Dollar General, a Dunkin' Donuts, a convenience store and a gas station at the intersection of Route 44 and Route 74 (Nott Highway) - which is less than a quarter mile from the condo. Ashford Memorial Park - a pretty, peaceful 33 acre local park - is immediately next door. UCONN's main campus in Storrs is just 6 miles from us, so this is a great location for grad students, faculty, staff, or professionals as well! No pets. No Parties. Non-smokers only.
