Trash and internet are included in rent Electricity, sewage & water, and gas are split equally among 4 tenants (averages $60/month) No pets allowed unfortunately Home is fully furnished but the room for rent is not Room size is 25ft by 10ft, the Bathroom is shared with only one other person and the room also has no shared walls with other housemates' rooms. Room is for single individuals only Move in costs are monthly rent ($850) plus $850 refundable security deposit Lease options:1 year lease Room is available for showings and rent on 09/09. We are looking for a full-time working professional to fill the spot. Please no drama, passive-aggressive, drugs, smoking, attitude, high conflict personality, immaturity etc. Current roommates are all easy going, friendly professional adults that are all respectful of each other's space.
