A stackable washer and dryer are conveniently located in the hallway, along with an ironing board and iron. Enjoy a seasonally heated community pool and a hot tub, available year-round. A community charcoal grill with a picnic area is also provided. For families, a pack-n-play, high chair, and plastic cups, plates, bowls, and silverware are available for guest use. Situated in the desirable Crystal Beach neighborhood within the Grand Caribbean West community, this condo is in a quiet and family-friendly area. It's just a 3-minute walk to gorgeous public beach access, allowing you to go from your front door to the white sugar sand in no time. The neighborhood is in the heart of Crystal Beach, offering wonderful shopping, amazing restaurants, and plenty of public beach access. Popular nearby attractions include AJ's Seafood & Oyster Bar, Camille's, Crab Island Cruise/Tours, Deep Sea Fishing Cruises, and Harbor Walk Village. This is a third-floor unit with no elevator access, only stairways, making it unsuitable for guests with mobility issues. Noise ordinances are in effect at 10 pm sharp, and excessive noise, parties, illegal activity, or disturbances are not permitted. Trailer/RV/BoxTruck/Watercraft parking is not permitted in the community, and towing fees from the HOA apply to any violation. Extra guests not included in the reservation are not tolerated, and the reservation must be updated in advance if the guest count changes. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. Student groups or guests under 25 are not permitted, and any violation will result in immediate eviction with no refund. Underage drinking or illegal activity of any kind is not allowed. Any police or local authority involvement leading to eviction will result in no refunds and potential forfeiture of the security deposit. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed but may be possible upon request. Luggage is not to be left at the property after check-out. The living room includes a Smart TV, perfect for logging into your favorite streaming services after a long beach day. The property provides a courtesy supply of light amenities including a trash bag, roll of toilet paper, paper towels, soap, dish detergent, and laundry soap.
