Enjoy the low cost of living in this farm style home. Large mud room and laundry with an entrance off of the rear of the home.… Attic with stairs would be great for storage or possibly a hobby room. The bedroom is long and narrow, roughly 6.5' x 17'.

Parking in gravel driveway or in the street.
Adjacent to the Hysham school. Large grass field within view of the house. Walking distance to Hysham school. Close to Myers bridge camp site and Howrey Island recreation area.
Utilities are not included. At a minimum you would have electric and water.
Water is in addition to rent and will be paid through the landlord. City of Hysham currently charges $122 for the first 2000 gallons, then $2.38 for each additional 1,000 gallons of water.
Electric will depend on usage, previous tenants mentioned electric can get up into the $200's in the winter. Again it depends on usage; how warm you like to keep it. That was with the old electric baseboard heaters, which have all been upgraded to high efficiency units with digital thermostats. So it is likely that those figures will be less.
For trash, there is a transfer station 2 miles West of town that you can drop trash at for free with proof of residency. For example, utility bill or copy of lease agreement.
