Award winning design (featured in Sunset magazine) the house is oriented to the south to take advantage of the views of Lake Tahoe and the solar exposure; all rooms are bright and sunny. Highlights include a dynamic living room with soaring 16' ceiling, grand dining room table for 8, a private deck with BBQ, two car garage, bridge entry and unique circular windows throughout. Beyond the shared spaces, the house has 3 bedroom and 3.5 baths and can comfortably accommodate 6 adults. House comes furnished with all you might need including washer/dryer. $5,500/month plus a flat $1,000/month fee to cover all of the utilities: electric, gas, internet, water, and garbage.
