Tenant Qualification Requirements: 1. No Evictions or Unresolved Delinquencies: Applicants must have no prior history of evictions or unresolved delinquencies on their rental record. 2. Minimum Income Requirement: Your gross monthly income must be at least three times the monthly rent amount. Applicants must provide proof of a steady job or employment that has been held for at least two years. 3. Upfront Payments: Prior to moving in, tenants are required to provide the following payments: Security Deposit, First Month's Rent 4. Rental Insurance: Tenants are responsible for obtaining and maintaining their own rental insurance. 5. Utilities: Tenants are responsible for all utilities (water, garbage, electricity, gas) and will reimburse/pay them directly to the landlord. 6. No Smoking: Smoking inside the house is strictly prohibited. 7. Background Check: A background check, including a credit score and credit history review, is required for all adults aged 18 and above. A good credit score is necessary.
