The carriage home also features a full kitchen with full appliances, dishes, silverware, and small appliances. Both homes offer a full-size washer and dryer for convenient guest use. The main home's living area features multiple seating areas and a large screen TV. Please note the fireplace is for aesthetics only and is not functional.
Enjoy a private, optionally heated pool with seating and a poolside bar, and a private hot tub on the front deck. Golf cart rentals are available for an additional fee, and pool heating is also available for an extra charge, with pricing varying based on season and length of trip. Inquire for pricing for pool heating, which cannot be offered if outdoor temperatures are below 55F. Pets are welcome with a $200 pet fee per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets permitted unless otherwise approved. Pets must be house-trained, not permitted on furniture or in the pool, and crated when left unattended. An additional $50 fee will be assessed if you do not clean up after your pet. ADA Registered Service Animals are exempt from pet fees.
Located in the heart of Crystal Beach, this property is just a block away from some of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Shopping at Destin Commons and Silver Sands Outlets, as well as restaurants and entertainment, are just a few minutes away. Ubers, Lyfts, or taxis are recommended during busy times to avoid traffic and parking.
Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed. Parking is available for up to 5 vehicles; street parking or blocking sidewalks may result in a citation. Boat, RV, or trailer parking is not permitted. Spring break/student groups (under age 25) require prior approval, a $100 cash deposit from each guest, and signed student rules. Parents must be present at all times for approved student groups. No underage drinking or illegal activity is allowed. Violating house rules may result in additional charges or forfeiture of the security deposit. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
