All utilities are included in the price and both houses are completely furnished and each have an attached two garage. Rent is due at the beginning of every month. There is a $5000 security deposit due at signing and a non-refundable cleaning fee of $600, also due at signing. I am looking for a one year lease but would consider something shorter.

This has been a high end Airbnb for the last four and a half years but I am looking to rent both the main house and guesthouse for a longer term.
