If we are not at work, nor at school, we enjoy having friends come over for outdoor barbecues, game nights, and study sessions! The house has a W/D and a shared bath and shower. We have a large outdoor deck, a two-car garage, and a spacious driveway for parking if you own a vehicle. First month's rent and security deposit is due upon move in. $750 for deposit.
