Association will plow streets- you are responsible for shoveling driveway and walkway to door. Association cuts grass, trims trees & bushes, cleans gutters. You are responsible for the area inside your gate/fence- for ex: pulling weeds/weed eating/power washing plastic fence, ect. Tenant may not make any alterations or structural changes to the leased property without prior consent- ex: fencing, drilling holes for cable/dish, etc. All tenants and the company they invite must follow all Association rules, as well as building, zoning, health codes, noise ordinance, state and local laws, etc. Any fees or fines accrued will be responsibility of Tenants. Condo is in Pest free condition. Tenant is responsible for keeping up with that at your expense. Any issues with other Tenants or neighbors will be dealt with by the authorities. 2 Cars per address allowed, with current tags and ins.
