About the building

This was an older cabin that was updated for short-term rental by previous owner with concrete countertops in kitchen and mini-split AC.… It's located close to the top of Eagles Nest so there are some nice views and plenty of wildlife. Currently there is a small fenced area in the back for letting a small dog have some outside time. The road is paved but narrow near the top so drivers need to yield to each other; however since it's a dead-end road that's not been an issue. It's quiet and private, with the closest neighbors having been there a long time and wanting the same. Deer and foxes are regular visitors.
