The upstairs washer includes an O3 water infuser for detergent-free laundry. The living room boasts charming design elements, a comfortable leather sofa, and a 55-inch Roku television. Work from the privacy of the closet-turned-office area. Take in the fresh ocean air from the enclosed patio with comfortable lounging furniture, or admire the views from the upstairs balcony. Two dedicated parking spaces are available. A pack-n-play can be provided for an additional fee of $150, subject to location and availability. Conveniently located just steps from beach access #1, this home offers easy access to a wide range of island activities, restaurants, and bars. The boardwalk is a short walk away, and Beach Access #1 and Stewby's restaurant are just minutes from the home. This quiet neighborhood is tucked between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico, offering less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 minutes from Destin. The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is also within walking distance. This townhouse has a steep staircase that may not be suitable for guests with limited mobility. This is a non-smoking unit, including the patio and balcony. Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere on the premises. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Check-in time is at 4 PM, and check-out time is at 11 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request for an additional fee. Guests are responsible for reporting any cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Guests must remove shoes when inside the home. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited. Host shall not be liable for personal items left behind. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property. Host, or Host's Agent may enter the Property at any time in the event of an emergency. Guests agree to pay a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. Pets are NOT allowed at this property. No Events. Guests agree to pay a $20 per person/per day charge for any visitor not identified in the reservation. Guests must be 18 years of age or older at the time of booking. Guests agree to pay a $50 fine if not checked out by the specified check-out time. Guests agree to pay a $25 late check-out fee for each extended hour of stay if approved. Guests agree to pay for any damage made by guests or their visitors. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by Guest violating house rules. Costs to replace any lost or damaged keys is $25 per key. Guests are asked to dispose of food in the available trash can. Guests shall not re-key or change out door locks. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction of all guests from Property. All items in kitchen including silverware, pots/pans, spices, flatware, etc. have been counted, and any item removed from premises will be charged to the guest. Guests are not to wash laundry belonging to the home in order to hide stains. Indoor and outdoor furniture is not to be re-arranged. An additional cleaning fee of double the cleaning cost can be charged if additional cleanup is required that goes above the standard cleaning. Work from the privacy of the closet-turned-office area.
