Pets are welcome with a pet fee per pet, with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. Pool heating is available for an additional $100 per day. Parking is available in the driveway, in front of the home, and on the street. The garage is not available for guest use.

The indoor fireplace is not for guest use and tampering with it will result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and noise levels are monitored. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, with a $250 per day fine for violations. Parties are not allowed, and any noise beyond normal conversation will result in immediate termination of the reservation. Lost keys or remote fobs will incur a $150 replacement fee. All overnight guests must be accounted for on the guest list. Failure to comply with house rules may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refunds. Guests are not allowed to order mail/packages to this location. For long-term stays (28 days or longer), a criminal background check and a $500 trust and safety hold may be required. Tampering with the doorbell will result in a cancellation and a $500 surveillance tampering fee. Only flush toilet paper down the toilet, as clogging the toilet will result in a $200 fee. Do not pour grease down any sink, as this will also incur a $200 fee. Guests must be at least 21 years old to book and may be asked to provide a government-issued ID and credit card for verification.
