There is a laundry room that consists of a washer and dryer. Bathroom essentials for your stay include shampoo, conditioner, towels, and a hairdryer. The master bathroom has a large shower. The full kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven), kitchen utensils (pots, pans, plates, knives, common cutlery), and a coffee maker. The bedrooms are large with comfortable beds and plenty of natural lighting. The master bedroom includes a smart TV with streaming apps. The living room includes a beautiful entertainment center, a smart TV, and a sofa bed.
If you would like to use heating for the pool, there is a $100/day extra fee. Pets are welcome with a fee per pet, with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. Parking is available in the driveway, in front of the home, and on the street.
Centrally located in Old East Dallas, this home is minutes away from Uptown, Deep Ellum, and Downtown Dallas. It offers easy access to top attractions like Klyde Warren Park, the Sixth Floor Museum, the American Airlines Center, and the Dallas Zoo. Knox Henderson, Lower Greenville, and McKinney Street are all within reach. Scooter and bike shares are easily accessed from this home, and public transport stations are nearby. Ride shares are affordable from this area due to its central location.
Guests must agree not to disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and to observe quiet hours from 10 pm to 8 am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. No smoking is allowed inside the property, and if you are caught smoking you will be charged $250 per day of your booking. No parties are allowed. We use a noise monitoring device that detects noise levels inside the suite, and you will be asked to leave if any noise level beyond a normal conversation is detected. If you cover or tamper with the doorbell, it will lead to a cancellation of your reservation with no refund as well as a surveillance tampering fee of $500. If you are caught using the indoor fireplace, you will be fined $500. Any guests that are 30 mins past the listed check-out time will be charged a $50 fee, and if late 2 hours or more, you will be charged the full rate for another night. Lost door keys or remote fob will be charged a $150 replacement fee. Do not cover or tamper with the doorbell. Doing so will lead to a cancellation of your reservation with no refund as well as a surveillance tampering fee of $500. ONLY FLUSH TOILET PAPER DOWN THE TOILET. The toilets clog easily and you will be billed $200 if a plumber needs to be dispatched to the property to unclog a toilet. Do not pour grease down any sink. This includes grease from cooking, olive oil, canola oil, etc. If a plumber needs to be dispatched, you will be charged $200.
