Feel at home in this stunning 4-bedroom house with a private pool and hot tub (temporarily shut down) located near downtown Dallas. This fully equipped property boasts comfortable beds and a bright living space, perfect for families and pets. This brand-new home features a large living room, four spacious bedrooms, and 2.5 bathrooms. The master bathroom includes a large shower. The space has a full kitchen equipped with essential amenities, including stainless steel appliances like a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, and oven, along with kitchen utensils and a coffee maker. The bedrooms offer comfortable beds and ample natural lighting from large windows. The living area is very comfortable, including a beautiful entertainment center, a smart TV for streaming your favorite apps, and a super comfy sofa bed. Guests have full access to the home with the exception of three closets and the two-car garage, which is used by the owner for storage. Parking is available in the driveway, in front of the home, and on the street. Pets are allowed with a pet fee per pet, with a maximum of $300 for long-term stays. A replacement fee of $150 will be charged for lost door keys or remote fobs. The home is centrally located in Old East Dallas, putting you minutes away from Uptown, Deep Ellum, and Downtown Dallas. You'll have easy access to top attractions like Klyde Warren Park, the Sixth Floor Museum, American Airlines Center, and the Dallas Zoo. Knox Henderson, Lower Greenville, and McKinney Street are all within reach, offering plenty of dining and entertainment options. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, and a $250 per day charge will apply if caught smoking. Parties are not allowed, and a noise monitoring device is used with a zero-tolerance policy. All persons staying overnight must be accounted for on the guest list. Guests are required to verify identity prior to accessing the property and must have a working phone number for emergencies. For long-term stays (28 days or longer), guests are required to complete a criminal background check and a $500 trust and safety hold/charge, which will be refunded 3-5 business days after checkout. Do not cover or tamper with the doorbell, as doing so will lead to cancellation of the reservation with no refund and a $500 surveillance tampering fee.
