This is a very cute studio apartment in the lovely town of Excelsior where some of the best events in the area are held.… Just a block off main st (Water St) where there is a plethora of retail shops, restaurants, coffee shops, bars etc. Your private entry door faces 2nd street, you have views towards the lake through your bedroom and bathroom windows, and views of the beautiful bushy evergreens for privacy between the neighboring building. The kitchen and bedroom in this apartment are both large enough to choose where you'd like your living room set up. The kitchen has a surprising amount of storage space with an added pantry/closet, water filter system, and 3 windows for added natural light. Kitchen and bedroom have beautiful oak floors that shine when when the sun hits them. Bedroom comfortably fits a queen bed with plenty of space for a desk/dresser or couch. There is closet that can be covered with a curtain, as previous tenants have chosen to use, but we do have a door for it if you would prefer that. The bathroom has an open linen closet, larger corner shower, medicine cabinet, built-in corner shelves, and space for a cabinet and laundry basket if you would like. The apartment will be completely repainted, fixtures may be swapped out for newer versions, and the shower will be replaced before you move in.
