About the building
I am renting out 1 of the 2 extra rooms I have in my brand new 3 bed 3 bath house.… The neighborhood is across the street (walking distance) from the First and Main shopping center. Location is great, neighborhood is all brand new, and there is a park with trails right down the street as well. Currently it is just me and my 2 dogs. I am a 35 year old young professional, military, active in health and wellness, building a personal training business, love to volunteer and serve the community, and very easy to talk to. (I love to smile and laugh (practicing stand up comedy) and to talk about psychology and philosophy.) You would get full access to the entire house as if it were yours. I fully expect us to become friends (it's kinda impossible not to be friends.) Im currently building a garage gym with a cold plunge, exercise bike and workout floor. More to come! Preferably, a new roommate would be into similar things and also professional and courteous. All potential tenants must receive a background check.
