Lease Terms Monthly Rent: $1,700 Security Deposit: $1,700 Move-In / Lease Administration Fee: $100 (non-refundable) Lease Term: 2 years preferred Tenant Responsibilities: Electricity, gas, water/sewer, trash service, lawn maintenance, and pest control Smoking & Vaping: Not permitted inside the home Pet Policy: Up to 2 small dogs and/or cats are welcome with Landlord approval. One-time non-refundable pet fee: $200 per pet Monthly pet rent: $25 per pet Breed, size, and temperament restrictions may apply. Minimum Qualifications To be considered, applicants should meet the following minimum qualifications: Government-issued photo ID required for all applicants Gross household income of at least 2.75x the monthly rent (minimum $5,000 per month) All occupants age 18 and older must submit a separate application Verifiable employment and income Positive rental history with favorable landlord references No prior evictions within the past 3 years No open bankruptcies Background screening required Credit history will be evaluated as part of the overall application Application & Screening Process Applications are reviewed in the order received. Meeting the minimum qualifications does not guarantee approval.
