Each apartment comes with a front-loading washer & dryer to use at your leisure. Built-in seating at your quartz countertop with plenty of room for food prep. High-speed Internet so you can stream and game without any buffering. There is also a surprising amount of storage! All you need to do is show up with your clothes because these studios are fully furnished with a queen sized bed and mattress, kitchenware, high definition smart TV and even art on the walls. You will be impressed with the exposed brick accented studio apartments. These homes combine the charm of a classic brick building with all the modern features. The new triple pane windows and brand new energy efficient heating/air conditioning mini split system will keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter all while keeping your bills low. Animal friendly, up to 2 animals maximum. $500 non-refundable animal fee for the 1st animal and an additional $250 non-refundable animal fee for the 2nd animal. A monthly animal fee of $45, per animal is also required. Resident is responsible for renter's insurance & all utilities including: -$60 per month for water, sewer, garbage, and common area gas. -$65 per month for 150mbps high-speed internet -$25 per month for common area maintenance -$11 per month utility billing fee -$65 Designated Parking (Parking is limited, please contact Rize for availability) -Gas and Electric will be billed based on usage - $27 Resident Benefits Package Animal friendly, up to 2 animals maximum. $500 non-refundable animal fee for the 1st animal and an additional $250 non-refundable animal fee for the 2nd animal. Breed Restrictions will apply-Akitas, American Staffordshire Terriers, Chows, Presa Canarias, German Shepherds, Rottweilers, Pit bulls, Doberman Pinchers, Wolf or Wolf Hybrids; or any mix of these. **The only exception to this policy would be for animals that are designed as service/assistance animals.
