Electric bill is not to exceed $400 If at any time there is an emergency flood or fire or any other damages to the condo where it is not livable then this lease will be terminated and renter will move out at his or her own expense.

Community work out room, pool and spa as well as pickle ball court and additional parking in the back of the community. This home is located in Woodward executive Estates . This is a very quiet safe area. Majority of the families that reside there are retired , respectful and quiet. This is in a gated community down the street from River Park. Overnight guests are not allowed unless on the lease. By having extra guests you will run the risk of additional fees and or termination of the lease and loss of the deposit. We also request that you do not give out the gate code to anyone other than who is on the lease. This is how we keep the community safe, quiet and very private. Fully furnished rent for this 2/2 is $2,600 plus $400 for electric being a total of a flat fee of $3,000. HVAC system is three years old and works wonderfully. If the electric bill exceeds $400 due to negligence the tenant will be expected to pay the difference.
