This is a quiet, residential home intended for relaxing stays. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. The home uses propane heat and hot water. Occasionally, a faint smell near the furnace or water heater may occur and is normal for propane systems. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors are installed for your safety. Please only flush toilet paper in the toilets, as flushing other items will damage the septic system. No unregistered guests are allowed. No food or drinks are permitted in bedrooms. Checkout is strictly before 11 AM. If cleaners must return due to late departure, a $50 return trip fee applies. If late checkout prevents the next guest from arriving or causes lost revenue, additional charges will apply. You agree you are booking in goodwill and will not attempt to damage the reputation of the partner due to dissatisfaction with a ruling by a platform. Please read the house rules before contacting the host. Shampoo, hand soap, and bulk items like dish soap are provided for your convenience and for future guests. Please leave these amenities in the home for everyone's use. A rental agreement is required for stays of 14 days or more. A&B Properties or maintenance and repair service will be allowed to enter the property if the tenant states there is a problem inside the premises that needs to be addressed.
