Check-in is available from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. A no-smoking policy is enforced inside and outside the property, and parties or large gatherings are not permitted. Noise should be kept to a minimum to respect neighbors. The property is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and a first aid kit. The original container doors serve as storm shutters. Please help with recycling and conserving energy. Observe local wildlife from a distance and refrain from feeding them. One designated parking spot is available per booking. The linens and supplies provided will not be replenished during your stay as housekeeping is not provided. If stained or damaged linens beyond normal use are reported, a replacement or cleaning fee will be charged to the guest.
