The original shipping container doors, reimagined as storm shutters, open to a bright, airy space with a full-width glass sliding door and a smart lock. Inside, a plush queen bed and a swivel-mounted 32-inch Smart TV ensure relaxation. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, French press, a compact fridge, and freezer. The bathroom features a fully tiled walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, eco-friendly linens, fresh towels, and a full-size mirror. The space is efficiently designed, covering 180 square feet, with limited storage for luggage, best suited for minimalist travel with small bags and backpacks. A small area next to the fridge behind the bed accommodates up to 10 hangers. An on-site EV charger is available for use, with usage requiring payment. Parking is first-come, first-served. A Tesla Supercharger is available in Destin, and free EV chargers are located near The Gulf restaurant. Located just a 3-minute walk from the Gulf of Mexico and a 2-minute stroll to Stewby's Seafood, this home offers the best of Okaloosa Island. The neighborhood is ideal for beachgoers and water sports enthusiasts, with easy access to paddleboarding and beach activities. It's a short drive to downtown Fort Walton Beach for more shopping, dining, and entertainment options. The area is also connected to surrounding areas via public transport and is a great spot for biking. This is a non-smoking property, and smoking is strictly prohibited inside and outside the property. Parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Noise should be kept to a minimum to respect neighbors. Check-in is available from 4 PM, and check-out is by 10 AM. The property is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and a first aid kit. The original container doors serve as storm shutters for extra protection. Guests are asked to recycle and conserve energy. Please observe local wildlife from a distance and refrain from feeding them. One designated parking spot is available per booking.
