This compact luxury bungalow features a comfortable queen-size bed with a Memory Foam mattress (hybrid between Full and Queen sizes) and a swivel-mounted 32-inch Smart TV. The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, French press, and a compact refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom boasts a fully tiled walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, complemented by eco-friendly linens and fresh towels.
Exclusive parking is available off Bream Ave, leading to your retreat via a 100-foot boardwalk. An on-site EV charger is available for use, with usage requiring payment. Parking is first-come, first-served.
Enjoy a prime location with the beach just a 3-minute walk down the boardwalk and Stewby's Seafood only 2 minutes away. The Santa Rosa Sound is also a 2-minute stroll, perfect for paddleboarding. The area offers pristine beaches, diverse dining options, local attractions like the Okaloosa Island Pier and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, and opportunities for water sports. The neighborhood is well-connected, with downtown Fort Walton Beach a short drive away.
Check-in is available from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. This is a no-smoking property, and parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Noise should be kept to a minimum to respect neighbors. The property is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and a first aid kit. The original container doors serve as storm shutters. Guests are asked to recycle and conserve energy. Please observe local wildlife from a distance and refrain from feeding them. Extreme weather conditions may occasionally impact connectivity. One designated parking spot is available per booking. Your unique access code for the smart lock will be sent prior to your arrival and is only valid for the duration of your stay. Please note that there is very limited storage space, and the bungalow is best suited for travelers packing light with small bags and backpacks. Beach towels are not provided. The deck lights are solar-powered and for decorative purposes only. Usage of the EV charger requires payment. The fire pit is available for use, but wood is not provided; only wood is permitted. Outdoor furniture must remain in its designated area. Bath towels are for indoor use only and should not be taken to the beach. Logins for apps on the Smart TV are not provided; guests are welcome to use their own accounts. Mini splits should be set to 74F in summer or 70F in winter before checking out. Trash should be disposed of in the dumpster located next to the boardwalk entrance. A maximum of 2 people are allowed to occupy the space. Please do not walk on the sand or sea oats, as they are protected. Wear shoes on the boardwalk. To get to the beach, follow the boardwalk to the far left, take the ramp to the right, and continue following the boardwalk to the right to reach the Blue Dolphin Beach Access.

Linens and supplies are not replenished during the stay; guests may use the in-unit washer/dryer or community laundry. Stained or damaged linens beyond normal use will incur a replacement or cleaning fee.
