The kitchenette is equipped with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, French press, and a compact refrigerator and freezer. The bathroom boasts a fully tiled walk-in shower with a rainfall showerhead, complemented by eco-friendly linens and fresh towels. Exclusive parking is available off Bream Ave, leading to your retreat via a 100-foot boardwalk. An on-site EV charger is available for use, with usage requiring payment. Parking is first-come, first-served. Enjoy a prime location with the beach just a 3-minute walk down the boardwalk and Stewby's Seafood only 2 minutes away. The Santa Rosa Sound is also a 2-minute stroll, perfect for paddleboarding. The area offers pristine beaches, diverse dining options, local attractions like the Okaloosa Island Pier and Gulfarium Marine Adventure Park, and opportunities for water sports. The neighborhood is well-connected, with downtown Fort Walton Beach a short drive away. Check-in is available from 4 PM and check-out is by 10 AM. This is a no-smoking property, and parties and large gatherings are not permitted. Noise should be kept to a minimum to respect neighbors. The property is equipped with a smoke detector, carbon monoxide detector, and a first aid kit. The original container doors serve as storm shutters. Guests are asked to recycle and conserve energy. Please observe local wildlife from a distance and refrain from feeding them. Extreme weather conditions may occasionally impact connectivity. One designated parking spot is available per booking.
