The bathroom includes a shower, and a Samsung washer and dryer set is available for your convenience. Enjoy purified water with a premium whole-house water filtration system. An EV charger is available in a designated parking space, with usage requiring payment. Parking is first-come, first-served. Tesla Superchargers are available in Destin, and free EV chargers are located near The Gulf restaurant. Located in a quiet residential area on Okaloosa Island, this home is a 3-minute walk to the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico via the boardwalk. Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee, and late check-out may incur a $25 fee per hour. This is a non-smoking property, and a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. No pets are allowed.
