The bathroom includes a shower, and a Samsung washer and dryer set is available for your convenience. Enjoy purified water with a premium whole-house water filtration system.
An EV charger is available in a designated parking space, with usage requiring payment. Parking is first-come, first-served. Tesla Superchargers are available in Destin, and free EV chargers are located near The Gulf restaurant.
Located in a quiet residential area on Okaloosa Island, this home is a 3-minute walk to the white sands of the Gulf of Mexico via the boardwalk. Enjoy easy access to island attractions, including Wednesday night fireworks displays during peak season. Indulge in local cuisine at Stewby's and other nearby restaurants. The neighborhood is tucked between the intercoastal Santa Rosa Sound and the Gulf of Mexico, offering less crowded beaches and is about 10-15 minutes from Destin. The Okaloosa Island Fishing Pier is also within walking distance.
Check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 11 am. Early check-in may be available for a $50 fee, and late check-out may incur a $25 fee per hour. This is a non-smoking property, and a $500 smoke damage cleaning fee will be charged if any sign or smell of smoke is encountered. No pets are allowed. Guests are expected to be respectful of neighbors, with quiet hours observed from 10 pm to 8 am. Any disturbance triggering a visit by police will require immediate eviction without refund. Guests must be 18 years of age or older to book. Be aware of tropical insects, amphibians, and potential wildlife such as water moccasins due to the island's tropical climate and proximity to water. Swimming in the bay carries risks due to various aquatic species. Guests swim at their own risk as there is no lifeguard on duty at the beach. Basic essentials such as towels, bed linens, and toiletries are provided, but guests may need to bring their own beach towels and personal hygiene items. Please dispose of food in the trash can; the garbage disposal is for small food remnants only. Avoid eating food in bedrooms to prevent pests and linen damage. Indoor and outdoor furniture should not be rearranged. Guests are responsible for reporting any hazardous items or damage within one hour of occupancy. Children are not child-proofed, and parents are responsible for child-proofing. Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction. Host or agent may enter the property in case of emergency or with 24 hours' notice for normal maintenance. Host is not liable for personal items left behind. Guests agree to pay for any damage made to the property or its furnishings. Complaints from neighbors regarding noise will result in immediate eviction. Items in the kitchen have been counted, and any item removed from the premises will be charged to the guest. Please be respectful of bed sheets and towels; makeup, hair dye, tanning products, or coloring sticks can stain or bleach them, and guests may be charged for replacement or cleaning of unsalvageable linens. Host shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property on the premises. Guests agree to pay any documented loss of host income created by guest violating house rules. Lost or damaged keys will incur a $25 replacement fee. Guests are responsible for reporting cleaning or maintenance concerns within 2 hours of check-in. Use caution on stairs and in yards, as hazards may be present. Maximum occupants are strictly enforced, with a $20 per person per day charge for unapproved visitors. Guests must remove shoes inside the home.
