3 month lease preferred, then month to month. Two lease options: Option 1) Private bed with share bath with one other person at $850 per month, sharing utility charges will apply evenly among roommates. or Option 2) Private bed with attached private bath at $1100 per month. Sharing utility charges will apply evenly among roommates starting 3rd month during the initial 2 month period when they are waived. No smoking permitted inside home. Responsible for cleaning your bathroom and share of kitchen dishes. Welcome to use appliances to include newer washer and dryer and kitchenware. Sheets and towels included, if needed (please advise). Kitchen cleaning products available, renter provides cleaning supplies for bath and own laundry soap. Common courtesy requested in advance if inviting people over for party. Friends welcome, just let other roommates know, so we are not overbooked! Garage spot available for an extra $50 per month.
