This is a pet-friendly stay, allowing house-trained pets for a $150 per pet per stay fee. Please register your pets in the reservation. Additional nightly rates apply for groups of 7+ guests, with an additional fee of $39 per guest per night starting from the seventh guest. The fourth and fifth bedrooms will be opened for groups of 8+ and 12+ guests respectively. Parking is available in the property's garage and/or driveway; street parking is strictly forbidden. Indoor smoking is strictly prohibited, and a violation will incur a $500 fine. Smoking outdoors on the property is allowed, but please ensure all cigarette butts are properly disposed of. Weapons of any kind are strictly prohibited on the property, and bringing, storing, or using any weapon will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation without a refund and may be reported to authorities. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 p.m. and 9:00 a.m. No parties or large gatherings are permitted; only registered guests are allowed during the rental period. Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. onwards, and check-out time is at 10:00 a.m. max. All smart TVs come with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. The pool and kiddie pool are professionally serviced twice a week during the summer months and once a week during the rest of the year. The pool is not heated. For security, there are two cameras: one at the front door overlooking the yard, and another in front of the garage facing the cars. These cameras record 24/7. Any violation of the house rules can result in the cancellation of the reservation with no refund and loss of any security deposit. Monthly pest control measures are in place. The garage is remodeled as a media room. No cable is provided. Stained sheets or towels must be paid for to replace them.
