Smoking: No smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property. Pets: No pets. Quiet Enjoyment: This studio is located on a quiet residential property behind the main home. Quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Tenants are expected to be respectful of neighbors and the residents of the main house at all times. Guests: Occasional daytime guests are welcome. No overnight guests without prior written approval from the landlord. Parties, gatherings, or events are not permitted. Use of Premises: The studio is intended solely as a private residence. No commercial business operations or short-term subletting (including Airbnb or similar platforms) are permitted. Maintenance: Tenant agrees to maintain the studio in a clean and sanitary condition and promptly report any maintenance concerns.
