The layout is very open and makes it feel bigger than it is. Both rooms would comfortably fit a king-sized bed. The larger bedroom has a large closet with double doors. The larger room is currently furnished with two queen-sized beds. The dining room connects the living room and kitchen. The bathroom features beautiful glass sliding doors and built in additional 8ft storage cabinet. The kitchen is made to mingle and make a good meal. The custom made kitchen island features bar seating for two on one side and pot/pan storage on the other side. Within the kitchen is a door to a large walk-in laundry room with storage shelf. The double French doors off the kitchen walk out onto large 16x20ft deck. The yard is massive and fully fenced. The yard also has a second deck out back and custom pavers off the deck (not seen in photos). Pets are okay but we will need to understand the details and have a discussion along with a nonrefundable pet deposit, if pets are approved. The home is located in North Kenwood. Super close to all the downtown fun of St. Pete. We are only 0.5 miles from the top of Central Avenue, which stretches about 2 miles down to the water/Beach drive. If you're here for the beaches, we are 6.5 miles to St. Pete Beach or Treasure Island, and 8 miles to Madeira Beach. Something super cool, we are only 0.5 miles to the Sunrunner -- this is a new, air conditioned bus line that runs directly back and forth from downtown St. Pete to the beaches. We are close to the 31st Street stop if you're looking up the map. The neighborhood around the home is great, there are two small parks within 1-2 blocks walking distance, one of which has a gated playground. There is also another bigger park (Booker Creek) about 5/6 blocks down the road where there is a mile walking track around the lake, a playground and a great outdoor workout area. We are also a 2 minute drive to Publix, Winn-Dixie and Sam's Club. There is a Walmart 3 minutes away and a nice gas station 2 blocks away. Tenant occupied - please do not disturb.
