The space is quiet! Set back from the street, thick plaster walls and on a high floor makes it an oasis in the middle of the city. You might be wondering what the building is like and it is great. People are courteous, there is a sense of community everything is sparkling clean all the time. Mail and trash on the floor, recycling and laundry in basement. Keyed entry keeps everything secure. It is really well managed and done above and beyond.

The Willmore is a historic building & iconic landmark in downtown Long Beach built in 1925 in a Renaissance Revival style by Fisher, Lake & Traver, the great minds behind the Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel. Enjoy incredible city lights views from every window. Many period details were kept; glass & brass doorknobs & Honduras Mahogany moldings.
From this location, no car is necessary, but there is a space for rent with the unit if you would like.
Common areas are amazing! There is a rooftop deck that is unheard of, with VIEWS of the OCEAN and a giant top floor solarium with ocean views as well. Both have free wifi for residents and are really these wonderful additional spaces available to residents that expand the quality of life of all here. There is also a giant downstairs lobby with multiple seating and meeting areas. These are very valuable and unusual offerings of this size in a building right downtown, as many have since been converted to more units in other buildings.
