When you enter into the house there is a 3 seasons porch which would work nicely as an entry way. Right away you enter into the living room which leads to the dinning room. The kitchen is a good size. There are 2 bedrooms on the main floor along with the bathroom that is large and doubles as a laundry room. The second floor is the third bedroom which is VERY large. Basement is your typical midwestern basement. If you plan to store items down there out of caution I would have it off the floor and a dehumidifier down there.

Pet deposit will be $500 plus an additional $25 per month extra surcharge per pet.
Our rents are based on a 12 month lease. Any lease less than 12 months will incur a 20% increase in the monthly rent and deposit.
